Join us for the 56th annual Operation Clean Stream on Saturday, August 26th!
Registration for Operation Clean Stream on our volunteer portal is now open with more cleanup sites being added on a rolling basis. Most cleanup sites will be water-based, and at a limited number of sites, canoes will be provided. Some sites are "Bring-Your-Own-Boat" or BYOB, so be sure to look out for this information when signing up for a cleanup site.
All information needed to volunteer at these sites is listed on the volunteer opportunity page. Please note the grading scale (below) for site difficulty when choosing the best location for you.
Gloves and trash bags are provided at all sites along with a free t-shirt to those who pre-register. We anticipate having a limited number of extra t-shirts at the picnic at Greentree Park following volunteering, read below for more on the picnic.

Passport to Clean Water and Greentree Park Picnic
As always, we will have a picnic and watershed celebration at Greentree Park after morning cleanups are completed to celebrate our hard-working volunteers. Join us here for Passport to Clean Water, an educational event where kids can learn about regional land and water stewardship in the Meramec River watershed.
The picnic and Passport to Clean Water will take place from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 26th with a variety of organizations providing hands-on activities for kids!
We hope to see you out there!
