Open Space STL will be hosting a Happy Hour event at Forest Park featuring a guided nature walk tour through the Successional Forest area of the park.
Food and drinks will be available before and after the walking tour.
The tour will focus on areas of the Successional Forest that were damaged by the tornado earlier this year and what ecological restoration work will look like in the future for this area of the park. Leading the tour will be Amy Witt, Park Ecologist and Kiegan Baranski, Nature Reserve Steward, of Forest Park Forever.
