Volunteer: Nature Night NoisesWHAT: Take a moment out of your busy schedule and join Community Stewardship Alliance for a walk to the Gravois Creek Conservation Area and discover the noises of dusk and early night! We'll walk about a mile listening for the insects, frogs, and birds. We will also look for lightning bugs and bats. WHERE: Gravois Greenway at the Mysun Charitable Foundation Trailhead, 4379 Hoffmeister Ave, St. Louis, MO 63125; see map for exact location. Volunteers will meet and check-in near the tables/bathroom area at the trailhead and then walk along Grant's Trail. WHEN: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Friday, June 5th. Volunteer check-in will begin at 7:45 PM. WHAT TO WEAR: Clothes, we recommend long pants and sleeves Sturdy shoes or boots Dress for the weather!WHAT TO BRING A filled bottle of water - we recommend reusable! FlashlightBug/tick spray, and some will be providedRegistration notes: Pre-registration is encouraged in case of event rescheduling or cancellation This volunteer opportunity is open to all ages.
